All sales conducted through the TAVA Motors platform are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items sold. Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to making a bid or completing a purchase.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
  • Thoroughly inspect the vehicle or item before bidding or purchasing.

  • Arrange for a professional inspection if desired.

TAVA Motors does not:
  • Guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the seller-provided information.
  • Inspect, verify, or validate the condition of vehicles or items listed on the platform.
  • Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers after the transaction is completed.

4. Disputes

Any disputes regarding the condition, title, or history of a vehicle or item must be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. TAVA Motors is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions facilitated on our platform.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy will only be considered if explicitly outlined in the individual auction terms or by mutual agreement between the buyer and seller. Such exceptions must be documented in writing and agreed upon before the transaction is finalized.
