• If you win the auction, the $2,500 CAD is non-refundable if you fail to complete the purchase.
• If you are not the winning bidder, your hold will be fully refunded once the auction closes.

We are proudly based in Toronto, Canada, and cater to clients globally through our user-friendly online platform.

Our auctions allow buyers and sellers to connect securely. Sellers list items with comprehensive documentation, including photos, videos, and condition reports. Registered bidders participate online, with winning bids finalizing the transaction.

We charge a 5% facilitation fee on the total sale price, deducted from the winning bidder’s credit card. This fee is non-refundable and does not serve as a down payment or hold for the auction.

A reserve price is the minimum amount a seller is willing to accept for an auction item. If bids meet or exceed this price, the item is sold. Non-binding bids below the reserve do not obligate the seller to complete the sale.

Participants must be 18 years or older and complete our registration process, which includes providing valid identification and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

TAVA Motors maintains strict confidentiality of all registration details. We only share information as required by law or for verification purposes.

Bidders must register, agree to auction terms, and place bids through our online platform. All bids are binding offers.

Winning bidders must complete payment within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and potential bans from future auctions.

All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Buyers are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Yes, all auctions are final and sold “as-is” without warranties. Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information before bidding.
